I was watching this weeks episode, and just missed Gordons tip's he was giving to the 3 young butchers on how to cook steak, and the way of telling how it was cooked to your liking, ie rare, medium etc
Please could anyone tell me what he said or if not where I can catch a repeat of the show
It sall in the touch, or the amount of 'give' in the meat. Using your index and ring finger together push against the meat and then compare with the following:
Push against your forhead = Well done Cheek = rare, Chin = Medium
