Decided to try and cook this recipe and my girlfriend and i disagree on one of the instructions.

On step 6 it says to 'deglaze the pan'. Now does this mean the pan used to brown the meat, or the baking tray the meat was cooked on?

Mattyantz, I think that it is more likely to be the pan used to brown the meat though I can understand the confusion
