did anyone catch tonites emerdale...i dont really watch that show,but i did tonite and i saw one of the twins that plays carl in shameless(the one in emerdale) SNOG the debbie character in emerdale,dont know what she was doing as i said i dont watch the show

Yea i saw it! Luke tittensor (Daz in emmerdale, Elliotts Twin (Carl in shameless) ) snogged rebbeca (debbie in shameless) in emmerdale! it was so sweet! it must have been awquard tho because they have worked together in the past. shes quite bonnie isnt she? i think so. and luke is just gorgous! Rebecca (Debbie) was playing 1 of Bob hopes many children, she was really good. And 'Daz' fancied her in it, and they had to snog! Aww! It was wierd seeing her in emmerdale when im so used to seeing her in shameless!! but shes a gr8 lil actress and luke is a gr8 lil actor! xxx

It was very strange tonight!

The scene at the bar and the "cans" you could see the real-life friendship from when Rebecca and Luke worked together, cos let's face it Daz and Carly wouldn't know each other! You could see real life spilling into the show!

Then when Rebecca's character, Carly, said she wished her parents were getting married again and Daz put his arm around her, i thought "Hang on a minute! Is this going somewhere..." Tenfold when they sneaked out The Woolpack together i wondered if they were going to kiss and how wierd that's be for them.

And then at the bus stop! I'm gonna keep expecting Luke (Daz) to call her debbie though, and her Carl to him though... It's like some wierd cross-dimension!

i am luke tittensors biggest fan ever seriosly and elliotts(except for im_just_romeo who is also) and i watch emmerdale religiously lol seriosly so i taped it 2day cus i went out so i have to watch it in a bit! omg i thought u ment daz snogged debbie in emmerdale i was goin 2 say ur a bit late love that was like 3 months ago lol but OMG thats so wierd cus they both know eachuva from series 1 of shameless and rebecca(debbie) knows elliott aw im going to watch it now byexxxxxxx

OK bear with me on this one.

You all know Elliott & Luke shared the role 'Carl' in series 1. Luke was already getting himself established in his own right in 'Emmerdale' as 'Daz'.... so far, so good!

Elliott then became solely the character 'Carl' from then on. Then you think its easy? Well, yes .... 'til tonight on 'Emmerdale'.

First of all Rebecca Ryan (Debbie) is on Emmerdale & she gets it together with the character 'Daz' after a wedding. Still with me? Good.....

They may well have looked identical - & got away with it no probs! - in the 1st series, but you can tell the 'slight' difference between Luke & Elliott now! Elliotts hair is darker & longer!!.....and , although it came up on the end credits of 'Emmerdale' tonight as 'Daz' being played by Luke, there is no doubt in my mind that Yorkshire were trying to 'pull a fast one' & fool us all, and in fact Elliott was playing the part on this occasion!

Which, of course, menas Shameless fans, 'Debbie' & her 'BROTHER' 'Carl' snogged tonight!!!!

Hope that clears things up! If you think I may be wrong, tune in to'Emmerdale' to see if they're still in it!

yeh sorry but i already know all that info on elliott and luke already i am a huge fan after all soz if i sound rude i dont mean to! why would you say that was elliott in emmerdale tonight? it was luke.....u can tell the difference between them because: elliott has a mole on the back of his neck, luke has 3 moles on the front of his neck, elliott has a scar under his eye! it was clearly luke cus daz didnt have a mole on the back of his neck not that i notice these things or nefin! awww bless him n elliott r so cute! aw that must be so weird snoggin debbie cus he's known her for like 3 yrs!

omg lilstarr like called me last night after she read this n was like omg n then i was like omg n then when i hung up i went down n watched n then squealed really loud so i ran up 2 bed b4 ne1 knew it was me lol aaaaawww but i was in shock its just sssssooooooo rong ew

im confused...sorry. so 2 people have played carl on shameless, i knew that he also played daz in emmerdale, who is this other boy then? *scratches head*

They are twins, in series 1 Carl was played by both of them, then Luke left to do Emmerdale and Elliott did series 2 and 3 on his own.
