it will be without kev And veronica though

I'm a bit dubious about this info. If true though, I really don't know the series would cope without K & V. How are they gonna be written out? Will new characters fill in the gap?

When Gerard Kearns was on Five Live a few weeks back, he did say the writers have storylines mapped out for 2 more series. But I reckon a 4th series would almost definitely be the last, as C4 have a habit of not letting shows drag on past their sell-by date (Teachers only lasted 4 series, and though a 5th was in the works, it got cancelled at the last minute). I hope also they get Paul Abbott back to write some eps. Although they've been good so far this series, his scripts are always have that edge to them...

I'd like to know where you got this info, I have a vested interest, but it sounds about right to me.

They are good characters however and i'd be sad to see them go but i'd rather see a series of Shameless without Kev and Veronica than none at all.

Yes I would, If they are not gonna be in it, it will be crap!
This series for me hasn't been as good anyway with the loss of Fiona, so with more characters leaving they should call it a day.
Besides I think the original poster of this thread is talikng crap, as they haven't posted anything reliable to back it up.

There's such a strong cast that they could afford to lose K+V but I would rather they stayed

Kev and Veronica have `nt been in this Series much anyway, apart from episode devoted to them, so they although they would be a loss, life would go on.

i agree wiv that (the face) they may be funny when they are in but we hav got so youst to watching shameless wiv out them in this series
