hi everyone. I though last nights episode was fantastic, and I have to say i thought it had the biggest suprise and shock in the whole of Shameless! Please dont give it away-what it was for the people who want to see it next week-this thread will keep them guessing!!, but I hope you will agree, it was superb!
But onto next weeks E4 preview, it looks really traumatic the aftermath of the big secret!

I liked it when the bell for last orders in The Jockey rang, and Frank stood up and started throwing punches! Small background detail - but very funny!

Hehe, not so soon, but I know it will happen this series.
Hi everyone, new member here, I read about the episode from various forums, but after watching it, I am less shocked and more dissapointed. I know debbie is growing up and all but somehow this doesn't seem like her character. It is true the character has some flaws, but she tends to hide it a lot more than the others in my view. I personally hope she breaks it up, not because I don't like Tom (well I don't, he seems too clumsy and stupid), but because this is Little Debbie we are talking about, and it doesn't seem right in the end, morally and just in general for the show. Onto the next episode where most of this will either be resolved, ie revealed to everyone, or they break it up.

welcome to the forum ascariss. I see where youre coming from but "little debbie" is not little anymore. I'm pleasantly surprised to hear she has paired up with Tom, because watching the clips last Tuesday for Next week (ie tonight) I presumed mandy and Tom would end up together I'm glad Debbie has found her feet because I thought the writers were trying too hard to make her the new Fiona. Also now that Monica is back the rest of the family wont have to rely on debbie to do everything for them and she can do normal things teenage girls do.
although i was very suprised I cant wait to see whats going to happen
also really want to see the woman coppers face when she finds out
Marching On Together “Ross: First divorce, wife's hidden sexuality...not my fault. Second divorce, said the wrong name at the alter...kinda my fault. Third divorce, they shouldn't let you married when you're that drunk and have stuff written all over your face...Nevada's fault.
Well I agree Debbie is growing up and she can do teenage things, but like Carl mentioned in this week's episode, she is not like all the other girls, so it really isn't in her character to act the way she is acting.
Tom admitting to the others that Debbie and him are going out was a shocker to me but it had to happen, otherwise, stan and carrie would be suspicious of Tom. Personally I don't think the relationship will last (I could be wrong), truefully, I don't want it to last.
Next week's finale doesn't seem to have much to do with debbie, more a frank and monica centric episode.
If they don't break it up in ep 16, then the relationship will grow in series 6 or die off.

What falling in love? That's a bit harsh, she is 15. She had a boyfriend last year, they just didn't 'do' anything that we saw. Going out with an older guy, especially a responsible authority figure like Tom is very much in her character. What would be out of character would be if she was with one of Carl's mates.
I was extremely disappointed by this episode. I had hoped that Shameless would stick with origonal storylines, and not play off headline news. I personally don't know if I can watch Shameless again from this, I think this has ruined the high reputation that Shameless has or had.

eh? what on earth are you on about? How does this play off headline news? In what way is this less original than any of the previous plots? If you ask me it's plots like this (the 'abduction' in series 1) that gave shameless it's reputation.
