I am Gay, and LIP is better looking as a Guy, than ANY of the 'Birds', in Shameless. The best looking lad on UK TV - even beating Jason off 'Coronation Street'. Lip is incredible to look at.

For those of you are Straight Lads, there was a gorgeous Magpie, in the background, in one Episode - and 5 or 6 lovely Pigeons too!

ALSO, that Lillian sure is a looker!

What is this all about? WHat horrible people you are. YOu claim that you are massive shameless fans, but all you can do is criticise and bitch about what the actors look like. How nasty of you. I bet the shameless lot would love it if they were reading this. If you had a genuine criticism of their acting ability, then this is fair enough as it is your own opinion. However, discussing the looks of these girls is plain childish, your all showing your schoolchildren age now!! Just think how nervewracking it must be for them to do such a job and be on national tv infront of everyone, without you lot criticising something that is out of their control. They are made to look like they do. Sam is an absolutely beautiful girl, but her carachter is rough so they make her look rough. DO you really think she dresses like that when we go out on a saturday night? No, she always look beautiful. Its called acting and playing a charachter, and I think the fact that you all think she is disgucting is a compliment to her acting abilities.
In future, please only try and give constructive criticism, and remember, we cant see you, so dont know how tragic you lot probably look with your greasy hair and your spotty teenage faces. If you lot are so gorgeous, wheres the pics on your avatars? Dont give it out if you wouldnt like to recieve it.

Many TV Shows get the looks of their Characters discussed. They even have 'Best Looking' Character Awards at TV Soap Awards Ceremonies - As in, 'Sexiest Male', 'Sexiest Female', etc. (How about you go to the next Soap Awards and stand outside with a Placard, Protesting at those categories?).

It does not matter what WE Posters look like, we are not on TV!

So, we are not up for discussion!

As for my Lillian joke - last Weeks Episode had a large section in it devoted to Lillian's looks, and how she was desperate for sex - remember - the guy who she had dressed as a Sailor, jumped out of the window - and ran off - to get away - from HER!

It was a JOKE in the TV Show, and I was joking about it here. (Lillian is one of my favourite Characters in it actually. I think she acts very well, and deserves more time in it).

Just as lots of Females, (and Gay Men), like to send Jason off 'Coronation Street', Fan Mail as they think he is gorgeous!

THAT is done because they fancy him too.

Maybe the girls & gays, should all send it to Shadrack in 'Emmerdale', instead - so that those characters who do not look like Hunks can get some Fan Mail?

Edna off 'Emmerdale', should get some too - maybe she should be up for, 'Sexiest Female', at the next TV Soap Awards! (How about Blanche, off, 'Coronation Street', too?).

Sorry, but, if you have not noticed that MANY people fancy Soap Stars, or Drama Stars - and say so, then you do not notice much at all!

Firstly, there is a great difference between paying someone a compliment, and being nasty.'Most fanciable soap star' is a compliment and so is always welcome. Criticism, unless constructive, is uneccesary.

Secondly, I was just sticking up for my friend. Sam plays Mandy wonderfully, and I just think that she, and all the other shameless actors, would prefer it if you discussed their acting ability and not if they were 'fit' or not.

Lets face it, non of you lot are ever going to stand a chance with them anyway.

Hi i have noticed you havn't been here long! So thought i would just point out alot of us really would love to have avatars but we are only allowed to pick from a selection that channel 4 have allready uploaded wich is why we all have pics similar to mine on the left side of our posts!
Also coming on here saying u know sam and that she laughs/doesn't mind us saying theese things makes our point very obvious that this thread is just abit of fun and she obviously understands that!
And oh yeah one more thing i think the people on here who are actually real fans ie:staying here chatting about shameless and following the actors careers for months or even a year between series when the show isn't on tv won't appriaciate you coming in here critasizing there posts!Please remember everyone is entitled to there opinions and to post what they want!

I am sorry for being rude to you Nuttybird. Life is too short - just look at the news and see how awful some barbarians are to innocent people.

So I am sorry. I get angry at times, but I do not like to do so.

My Dad always moans at any Gay Scenes in 'Shameless'. It really gets on my nerves, as Gay people have to sit and watch men and women snogging etc. on TV, all our lives.

They show a bit of Male on Male action, and my Dad goes on as if it is filthy!

I hope that Ian gets a new Boy Friend, and I wish Lip were MY Boy Friend!

As to the Females in it, the girl who left - Fiona(?), she was very pretty, and a very good actress, but the rest of the Females in it are good anyhow.

As I said, I wish Lillian were in it more, as she is a funny character.

If Lip asks for a Pay Rise, maybe C4 can punish him by making Lillian his Fiancee - and then they can get Married!!!!!

She can make him wear a Sailor Suit at the Wedding!

The Face - at no point, in my Post did I say that Gays are offended by Heterosexuals snogging.

I was saying that Gay People grow up seeing Hetero kissing, hugging, making love all our lives - from TV Shows, to TV Adverts, to Posters in the Streets.

I could not care less about it. It does not bother me. But, many Gays grow up thinking that hardly any of US exist, as all we ever see are Man/Woman stuff!
