Do you think the Mcguires will be a good addition to the permanent characters?

Before watching it I would have said no, but they have made them more watchable and funnier characters than they were. So I now like them.

I think the maguires will be an excellent source of shock comedy.

But I do think Mandy Maguire (excuse my ignorance I don't know the girls real name) is dangerously thin and almost annorexic...

Can't stand the mcguires and I don't think they add to the show.Hopefully they will all be locked up in jail very soon.

samantha siddall was on here not long ago commenting on somebody that said she was anorexic and she did say she was far from anorexic!! You could be fat, ginger or just plain ugly but you dont see us or samantha saying that to you! Have abit of respect!

I don't like the Maguires, they just are not likeable characters. Shameless always has really good likeable characters, the kids are alright, but the mum and dad aren't.

I really like them. Love Patricks smile and Mimi's lack of one I dont know wat theyre going to do with all the sons though, the whole, 'theyre scary idiots' thing is a bit boring. But still yay Irish gangtas!! (plus I'm a maguire, they are my breatherin!)

The Maguires have added so much. The episode where Paddy rides off on the horse during the end credits is surely a classic moment of all four series. Plus... and this is a major PLUS... Jamie.. sweet mother... where did they round up that fine specimen from? It's enough to make you lose the bit of the biscuit you dunked in your tea!
