Interesting. Even on this site U still get sum 1 who thinks they know it all. Well this is NOT "Queer as Folk" and the difference is that this reflects the normal way of life as it is and not as sum 1 thinks it should, just 2 conform 2 their way of thinking. U shouldn't take life soo seriously. U only get 1 chance, so live every day like it's U're last. Then U will C wot reality is really all about, when 'Endamol' have nowt 2 do with it.
As a character, Lip seems to me to be getting left behind. In an earlier series, he was shown as a hard-working schoolboy who was determined to get ahead and who earned money from neighbours by using his mathematical skills to fill in tax / insurance forms. Nowadays, although his brothers try to earn money, it seems to me that he is protrayed as a bit of a layabout who doesn't face up to the financial responsibilities of having a child. I wonder why the character has developed this way and why he is taking more of a back seat in this series. It is to be hoped that he will be given a prominant story-line if a forthcoming episode.
yes i am sure he will be given that. but i feel that lip playyed pretty much the main gallagher in past series, and this series carl and debbie are into more of that role as thy have taken a back seat in past series. but he is still there lol, looking after baby katie aww haha. am sure he will b given a centre role again in an epi to come.

As for myself, I think it would ruin it if Lip turned gay. His character fits the way he is. To suddenely change that would ruin him in my opinion.
