No, Marty and his new family have left the Chatsworth and will not feature in the upcoming series. There are no plans for him to return, but it's not impossible for a reappearance at some point in the future; i.e. he hasn't fallen out with anyone.
And before anyone says anything, he wouldn't even dream of setting fire to The Jockey!
