Why? If ancestral origin determined what country someone should play for, some teams would not even have a cricket team - Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, not to mention most of the minnows... Unlike, say, Kevin Pietersen or Andrew Symonds, he was even actually born in the country he is representing.
