If there was ever a doubt as to who is the boss....

I simply cant wait for April to come around when these same Aussie cricketers obviously so upset and shocked by an Indian calling them names or what not come to India flashing broad smiles and praising all things Indian to collect their million dollar cheques from the 20/20 Indian premier league.

This whole episode clearly shows that while the Aussies remain the masters at the art of sledging they also run crying to mama if somebody gives it back.

Now that the BCCI has shown the world whos boss lets hope the IPL follows suit and terminates the contract of the four players involved in the hearing or better still terminates the contracts of all the aussies (except Gilly of course!)

...and finally God help Australian cricket if Michael Clarke ever becomes the captain

The judge said he was lucky,and had he been aware of his past record he would of got a stiffer punishment.

The I.C.C should never have left their base at lords,the game was better run then.The grass isnt always greener.

Yeh this judge makes out that he would have batered bhajji and yet apparently his punishment would only have been one ban. Any way at least it is now claear that it was Symonds fault as he clearly and very obviously provoked bhajji, to which no one said anything so shame on ponting, his plan back fired and every thing is neutral again. FOR now anyway.

Hopfully all parties involved will learn somthing from this.

Each chapter of Roy's book begins with a large type favourite quote of Roy as told by a cricketing friend.
They are all foot in mouth and humerous where he invariably makes himself look foolish.

The "Pat on the bum" quote is typical of him.

Bhajji IMO seems of similar make up.

Result when they are together on the field they act like schoolboys but without real venom.

Hmmmmmmmn?

Not so sure about that.

He sets better fields than Ponting and uses his bowlers brilliantly.

I never knew he has captained before, when was this.

Against NZ in Perth from memory.

I will let you know.

He def has captained Australia once before.
