Apparently there's been some kind of five match contest in Australia between their cricket team and a kind of cobbled together England side, which included some of our Ashes-winning boys from 2005. I don't think it's created much interest here in the UK, but someone told me the Aussie public were getting quite excited by it and it seems that some of their team took it quite seriously. I suppose they see it as good practice for when they come over for the next Ashes tournament in 2009.

I heard on some yankee station it was the world series.
