An opposite tack to my earlier question. Name the 5 instances when a Test side has been dismissed for less than 100 but NO batsman has been dismissed for a duck.

There are two instances of sides scoring less than 100 with no dismissed batsman getting less than 1:

77 Eng v Aus Lord's 1997 DE Malcolm 0*
84 Aus v Eng Sydney(2) 1886-87 FJ Burton 0*

So just rephrasing...name the 5 instances when a Test side has been dismissed for less than 100 but NO batsman has been dismissed for less than 1 run.
