Australia over the last 17 years have been the best side to watch.

Watching England play in England is good, you get results and good Cricket played in England.

It's all a bit stodgy in Asia.

I say it so it must be so.

South Africa are the dullest team in world cricket. I'd watch Sri Lanka or India any day of the week over them.

There are a few other worth watching players in the English team. Harmison certainly is one - on song, there are few sights better in world cricket than watching him bowl. I like watching Hoggard as well. Overall, England usually plays with a positive intent and that adds to the worth watching factor.

I'd put Kumble's name in there too. While not the greatest turner of the ball, he is an intelligent bowler and while he is bowling, you always sense something is about to happen (at least on Indian pitches)

Aus have quite a few attractive to watch players, even if you take out the rather ugly stroke play of Hayden.

He showed why. From a cricketing viewpoint, it was terrific to watch.

Big Grin Big Grin

Wasn't it fun watching number 6-7 batsmen backing away like tail enders - but admittedly, those aren't really proper batsmen - Razzaq etc

Reminded me of my club cricket debut! The captain apparently wanted to give the youngsters a chance to bat at the top! The opener had been bowled for a duck and i went at #3 and if there ever was a near death experience then that was it! That South African kid really embarrassed me with his short on length bowling, the ball whizzed past my chest for at least 4 times, I was totally bamboozled by the pace and bounce but thankfully i managed to get a lucky 4 and then was out on the very next ball!

Now let's play cricket......
