Quality batting so far by Roland's bro. Fair play to him. But it goes nowhere to proving he won't crumple under pressure....

Aye, coming in at 350-odd for 4 isn't exactly brown-trouser time...

Exactly, it is inconclusive and surely Mr. Felcher know this? There really isn't much point to him playing here apart from trying to win this Test. He's not going to displace Colly or Flintoff and it's doubtful he'll replace Cook. You just know that GOJo will have to come in after one of these two and try and score quick runs - which puts him in a no-win situation as regards the sharks who're after him....

Maybe he should take up wicket-keeping?

He seems much better in front of the bat, so no.

C'mon lads, we all know Dingdong is a cert for a berth in the English Ashes XI...

I expect Cook is, with 4 scores over 90 in his 6 Tests....

Aye, Monster looked good...nice bloke to have around with stroke players like the Yarpie and Andy in the middle order.

Yeah, a bit Unzuddish to watch though. He's the Pom Mark Richardson. But we've been waiting for one of those instead of someone who'll just slap it to mid-wicket or cover.

Of course with Collingwood and Bell making runs, the runs he's made in this Test have been devalued somewhat.
