Especially against Australia where he tends to struggle a lot.

I dont think so, his last 2 matches, his econ rate was over five which is really strange for him, and his only two wickets came against an out of form yuvraj and a wrong decision agianst rohit sharma. but despite that he is still the number onbe test bowler and I think once he passes 500 in the odi format which he definately will, he should then retitre from that formst snd with s few more years he is definately going to make that wickets record un cathable, i still think hess got it, the spark thst is.

Sorry h4 the guy bowls with a 15 degree advantage.
All of it is political to prop up cricket money wise.

Build a replicant bowler with his natural doosra advantage and give one to each team in the world.

If you are true to yourself and your team you would refuse to accept the copy.

Cant be bothered to go into all this again, I reckon the guys a legend bowler, even if one rule changed because of him, he cant help how his arm turned out and it just makes the game more interseting with him, I dont want to accuse anyone of anything but it just seems to me that it is mostly aussies that dont likke him because as it was inevitable, he beat your boy adn as it shows, I think he is and always was better then warne.

That's not the reason give us a break for having ethical motives.

England supported Darryl Hair as well.

His doosra is a throw simple as that.

That is all I have to say re this subject.

I am all for bering ehtical, but its like shoib akhtar, he has not got genuiene express pace, it is all in his bendy arm, and unless i am mistaken, murali has taken bags of wickets against all test nations and no one else seems to bother, evn when he is against india, i dont care, i just give him the respect of the best bowler ever taht he deserves.

I could name a dozen better fair dinkum bowlersWho took wickets against the best not minnows.

Try Lillee Hadlee Ambrose Roberts Underwood Trueman Bedi Quader Warne Akram Lindwall Larwood Garner just for starters.

But Warne had a big struggle against the mighty Bangladesh when it comes to taking wickets by appealing like some drama queen.

It was the ICC's fault, not Bangladesh's.

Does anyone else find Murali boring to watch bowling?
Say compared to young Sharma for example?

That may be true to an extent, I mean I always find it good to see how much he can turn the ball but pace bowlers are always going to be more interesting to watch then spinners because of the fact that every thing happens so quickly.

Muralitharan is the best bowler of all time. The stats say so. He is even ahead of the great Shane Warne on every measurable count.
Like him or dislike him, that is there in black and white in the record book.
Shane never had to play against the best test match team of his career span, either.

I guess it depends on whether you prefer reading statistics or watching the most entertaining spin bowler the world has ever seen.
I may have a bias for orthodox leggies .

When Warne took the ball even today in the IPL series just completed he was pure entertainment.

Murali has good figures but dull dull dull.

Probably not, or at least an unsparking Murali is still one of the most formidable bowlers around. Funny when he was younger we questioned his action and now its his lack of spark but whatever, he just keeps taking wickets.

I agree he looks like a chucker but there's no getting away from the fact that his action has been under scrutiny many times and the "experts" have decreed that it complies with the laws of the game.

He has been in trouble with a couple of Umpires since Hair. Chris Broad in particular.

The rumour is Umpires are not game to call his doosra which he definitely chucks after all Darryl Hair went through.
