Yes, Billy made 102* at OT , August 1893. George made 2 centuries, both at the SCG, on the 1907-8 tour. Billy's brother John also played for England as a slow left armer without scoring a century.

This is a great thread Hilda. Something very interesting on a subject not discussed very often. What about the Pollock dynasty. There must have been lots that tried and failed.?

There should be an XI Dads who were crap compared to their sons thread. I'd be pushing for a place, cos my auld fella is crap, whereas I'm just so-so.
