1st - Australia - currently defending 9 out of 9 series.
2nd - Pakistan - currently defending 7 out of 9 series.
3rd - England - currently defending 6 out of 9 series.
=4th - India - currently defending 5 out of 9 series.
=4th - New Zealand - currently defending 5 out of 9 series.
=4th - Sri Lanka - currently defending 5 out of 9 series.
=4th - South Africa - currently defending 5 out of 9 series.
8th - West Indies - currently defending 2 out of 9 series.
9th - Bangladesh - currently defending 1 out of 9 series.
10th - Zimbabwe - currently defending 0 out of 9 series.

Looks right to me.

I'd probably have Pak and England equal - they split the home and away series' last year.

And NZ behind the current block in 4th.

England should still be no.2. They've done more than Pakistan over the last 2 years

Looks about right to me. After the white wash ENG don't deserve to be #2.

pak have been whitewash the last couple of times they went to australia, as well as at home so i wouldnt hold that against england - theyre still the 2nd best side imo

yea and back in 2004 when PAK were white-washed no one was calling them the 2nd best team in the world. I feel that ENG's performance since winning the Ashes has been well below par and currently they deserve the tag of the 2nd best test team.

You are thinking of the English team more highly than they deserve

Ranking are what they always are: Australia, followed by _________ (take your pick) a couple of miles behind, with Bangladesh and Zimbabwe bringing up the rear.
