Just can't believe that story.

How can anybody possibly not know that Winston Churchill was the bloke the Churchill Stand at the SCG was named after?

WSC may not have been black but he was half-American and supposedly part Cherokee through his maternal grandfather and his statue in Parliament Square was given a "mohawk" by May Day demonstrators some years back. In a cricketing context he is of course best remembered as Archie MacLaren's "fag" at Harrow and for recommending Jack Hobbs for a knighthood in 1953.

Idiot. If theres one thing I know, its US History.

Just shows what passes as entertainment in the UK these days. Frankly, I'll be glad when I'm back home away from whining Brits who all want to live in "sunny Cali"-but dont like America.

Go figure.
