Haven't seen a ball of this stuff - just see he made 27 off 21 - did he look in reasonable touch?

Yeah, he looked in pretty decent touch, JK. Still able to play those lovely pull shots and cover drives. Got out playing a daft reverse sweep off Symonds. The knee seemed to hold up pretty well. Didnt look any less mobile tonight than he has at any other time in his career.

Jolly good stuff...

He was never the most mobile fielder, so it won't be a massive loss. Do recall one superb catch against Summerzet at Lords mind...

He's one of those fielders who catches absolute screamers but also frequently drops dolly's.
