Just being his usual grumpy self. I have three cats, two dogs, a turtle and a goldfish.
I love our cats and dogs but I think the dogs are my favourite. It has been proven in many medical studies that having a pet - particular ones like cats or dogs are excellent for keeping one's blood pressure and pulse rate at healthy levels. It has something to do with stroking a pet that alleviates stress thereby lowering blood pressure and high heart rates. Anyone who has a dog will most likely bring the dog for a walk, therefore exercise is part of a daily routine - another positive and healthy aspect of owning a pet. So, pets are truly our friends. |

Like both - but can't have a dog s I am at work all day.
was not so keen on cats - but they seem to be keen on me. So I now have 3 cats mother & her two daughters at home and feel 3 cats at work (one sleeps in my office all day. I've got a mouse and he hasn't got a house I don't know why I call him Gerald. He's getting rather old, but he's a good mouse!  I survived flight 815 ** Supporting HM No 2 - (oh dear - why did I pick No 2) Never forget you are unique, like everyone else. |

Like both but LOVE cats.
Since I was young we always had a ginger cat in the family (named Ginger of course  ) After the last of our elderly cats died my Mum recently got another kitten (Ginger no.5) and 2 weeks later a little black kitten called Amy. I have to make do with seeing them when I go over to visit my Mum since I'm allergic to cats and found since leaving home my symptoms improved, I'm not too bad just visiting except if I sleep over & I discover my Mum has been letting them sleep in the bed I sleep in. ------------------------------------------- *♥♥XX♥♥XX♥♥XX♥♥XX♥♥XX♥♥XX♥♥* |
