lol! I used to love wearing a poncho when I was about 5 or 6 and the lady along the road used to crochet them for the whole street...what fun!

did anyone else have a tartan poncho with white fringing and a white elasticated neck when they were a child (in the 70's)

I hated mine, even though you could wear it around your waist like a big dangly kilt.

My psychadelic crocheted ones that my nan made me were cool though, although i ripped one of them, by using it as a hammock.

i have a poncho in the loft... anyone want to borrow it??
