does anyone have a cure for headaches? please ?
I can't sleep because of it

I take two Aspro Max and a nice hot cup of tea.
Anti-inflammatory pills (Nurofen, Ibuprofen).
Cold flannel on your forehead (or the cooling strips are great if you can get to a 24 hour tesco)
Head massage at the lower back of your head use circular movements
And the Chinese (I think it's them anyway) believe that by pressing the base of your thumb on the bone will relieve a headache
Also try running the cold tap and holding your wrists under the running water (have your pulse/pressure points facing upwards) - it might help
Failing all of the above find a sword and remove your head.

Stick feet in cold water (seriously it takes your mind off your head)

it really does work
we had an acupuncturist friend who helped with my sisters migraines!
I do feel better ,slightly but not as well as I'd hoped I got 6 hours sleep last night. *yawn*

well if head ache more the reason to!
Cures for headaches can vary on the scale of it,for example a "5" headache for me usually means I need chocolate ( low blood suger)
This being the case H would need to know what scale your headache is at to advise proper treatment.Hope lack of sleep does not add to it.
