Well quite, I was expected to pay £38 for a letter and £28 maintainance charge (whatever that is)

Ive accidentally not had enough for two direct debits lately.. my fault I know as I tend to put all my wages into my savings accoutn for higher interest and I forgot to transfer it in time but they charged me £30 a time.

So they are still charging these ridiculous charges. And I have an internet account so I dont even get any letters!
