Hi
I was wondering if any one can help. We recently went on holiday my 15month old son was ill with sickness and dioreah. Since he is very clingy and wakes 2-3 times in the night. He cries uncontrollably and almost makes himself sick. At first i was giving him a bottle of milk when he woke but i found he was expecting it. So now i just leave him to cry because he will stop crying if i pick him up but the moment i put him down he starts again. Is there anything I can do to stop him waking? He used to sleep through the night no problem.

Is he still having a sleep/sleeps in the day?
If so how is he with this sleep?

Also it make take time for him to feel better after being ill. How long has it been since he first started waking?

I can suggest the old stay in the room so he feels comfortable with you being there, but not being held, but I find this can take a lot of time. Although your son may be happy with this, and not upset, it means you could e in his room for quite some time, so you need to get comfy.

I will have a think if I have tried anything else that has worked.
