I am having a real problem with getting my 2 and a half year old daughter washed and dressed in the mornings. She always ends up having a tantrum over some part of the washing/dressing part of our morning routine.

My question is, how do I handle my daughter's tantrums when when I am short of time and really need to get out of the door??? It sometimes takes more than one go at the naughty spot before I get an apology. Other times she may repeat the naughty behaviour that she had just apologised for.

i used to lay a couple of sets of clothes out that i would have liked my daughter to wear for that day/occassion, and then let her choose which outfit she would like to wear from your chosen ones, that way my daughter was happy to get dressed because she thought that she had made the overall choice.
