I think this show is great and shows how to cope with all diffrent types of naughty children and picks up on what the parents are doing wrong.she is so good with the kids what a great show
It's a pity she didn't pick up on the fact that the diabetic boy in the last programme, was eating all the wrong foods, and storing up problems for when he's older. His numbers were much too high, and then his mother feeds him foods that are high in carbs (carbs = sugar). Someone needs to give the parents a proper lesson in how to look after his dietary needs, as well as his appalling behaviour.
Anyone still watch supernanny, im watching todays one and the kids are so rude, theres 3/4 kids, they are making holes in the doors with the end of an umbrella, they smashed the garden shed up, 1 of them even spat in their mums face, why do the kids do this,
The reasons that Jo gave I guess. Lack of respect for the parents and for personal property. The fact that they only got attention when they were naughty. The fact that the punishments had no effect. Mixed messages from the parents...
Boys are distructive by nature - well, I know I was at that age, but they can be just as constructive. e.g. Build a tree house / hut instead of destroying it
Well I know the family and it came as no surprise! They claim said that Jo said "It's 5 boys with ages so close together that causes the problems" I don't remember hearing that in the program. What didn't come over was the fact that they are 'boarn-again-christians' that beleive in the large family!!!!! He also does not believe in punishment and is happy to let the children do what they like. It has been like that since they only had the first 2 boys. Personally I feel sorry for Sue, but more so for the school that looks after them. I know they are as bad when there!

Anyone see Supernanny last night? That 7 year old (Brandon) who had a food phobia, no wonder, I would have had one too if I had a sausage stuffed in my mouth too poor lad!
I have a fussy eater (and she is 12 not 3), I cook a meal and if she doesn't want it, she has to do something herself now that she is old enough. When she was younger she did not get a choice, it was either the dinner I cooked or bread and butter. I am not a restaurant and my kitchen closes at 7pm!
I have a 3 year old who will eat most foods, he loves vegetables as he knows Dad has grown them! I am trying to teach him that when he starts school next year he will be having school dinners and there may be things he has never had before. I like him to try things before he says he doesn't like them.

I only saw the last 5 mins of that episode but I was suprised he was eating a roast dinner with his fingers!
And if they were trying to force feed him, its no wonder he was scared of food like you said!
How does he cope at school with dinners? I bet he only does it to wind his Mum and dad up! Yes, why WAS he eating his roast dinner with his fingers at 7 yrs old?
I could do with Supernanny for my 12 year old, the 3 yr old is no problem!
Seriously sometimes now and then i may watch this program out of intresest to see how kids are behaving these days and to be honest i was shocked to see that some of these kids get away with hitting there parents and i just feel like crying out smack them there hitting you!!! there your kids your the boss not the other way round. as a child i got the good smack if i miss behaved this was usally for serious miss behaviour but i would never dream of hitting my parents or spitting in their faces or destroying things in the house i may of knocked over the odd plant pot or vase by accident (which i wasn't punished for) but id never dream of doing it on purpose. What is happerning to society today. No wonder we have all these teenage yobs.
