Being a stay at home mum is difficult, everyone thinks it's great as you spend loads of time at home, but I foind it was much less stressful when I went back part time after having my first.
Soedays I feel as though I ma in my house and the world and everyone else is outside and I am stuck.
It is so hard, and sometimes I don't even want to go out!
It's so weird. I have told myself to go out with my 2 at least once a day, and so far that seems to be helping me feel better.
On the plus side, I have lost a few pounds.

hi hysteria

yes i know the feeling. when i was pregnant people told me that i should go back to work for my own sanity, I did not quite understand I though that it would all be straight forward, but being a stay at home mum can be the lonliest job, I dont drive and live in an area where the buses are not all that great so it can be hard to get around. I do try like you to go out at least once a day locally, i go to mums and babies once a week which is good.

I don;t really do anything, unless I go out alone. My parents live in wrexham and my partners family all work, so 5 days a week it is just me and the children. It does get hard, and that is why I am so happy that they both go down to sleep well and have a god nights sleep. If for nothing else but for my own sanity. And of course for their health..
