I have been watching this programme on BBC3 called the Baby Borrowers, I personally would not leave my most precious thing in the world with a bunch of teens with no clue.
However, I was a bit miffed when the mum of baby George got hysterical and had a go at the teens looking after him because his routine was not followed how she would have liked it, apparently he was over tired, needed to have his bottle after his bath and bed, but the teens overlooked this.
Hello! what do you expect leaving your child with these teens, you cant expect them to love and care for your child the way you do, why take part in the programme, this is to be expected! As long as the child's life is not in danger, why get all hysterical as your baby is crying too much.
I have watched the second program, and I feel sorry for the babies. But If it stops young people having children when they are not ready/prepared/educated, then why not.
It is in a safe environment and the parents are only next door.
I worry as it only takes a second for something bad to happen. And then it's too late.
I love watching the prgram, as I was a young mum myself, its interesting to see how the couples cope. I find it unbelievable so many struggle to such an extent to be honest, based on my experience.
I wouldnt personally leave my child to them, but there is always a nanny present and the parents can intervene at any time, so the child would never be at serious risk.
I think Hannah and Joe (I think thats their names), did amazingly on the show! They not only looked after the children they were given, but other peoples too and did a great job.
As far as the others go, I hope they have changed their minds about wanting to start a family any time soon!
