my daughter has been caught at school taking things that dont belong to her, she says she wants them as she doesnt have them. i have had words with her and made her hand in all the things. any other advice?

i always told mine the police would take them away for stealing, it worked as they have never done it, lol

Have you got a local beat Bobby SweetSally? a friend of mine years ago found out her Son had stolen some sweets from the local shop and made him go back, own up and pay for the sweets but she also had a word with the beat Bobby, who turned up to have a little word, without him knowing it was his Mum that had arranged it, it did frighten him enough to never do it again, she felt stealing was stealing, no matter how small it was and it worked for her

i use the police threat with my 3 year old it works a treat
