Yeah no neither have I in all honesty - but I've been promising myself Doom for ages and now I've finished uni I'm allowed all kinds of distracting things. Once I've completed Doom I'm going on to the ultimate - HALF LIFE 2!!

I will do. But I'm moving from Newcastle to Leeds in August (if not before) and trying to find a job that will cover my loan repayments - so I have more than a few things to do to keep my mind occupied.
In fact, what will probably happen is that September 30th will come rolling around and by that time I'll be like 'Sepetember 30th... that rings a bell... why is that important? Oh, guess I didn't win that play thing then'
Such is my laid back attitude to life.
You can tell I'm laid back because I still haven't finished my entry, yet the only thing I have planned for tonight is watching the final episodes of 24.
Gravedigger, yes there is a world outside of solitaire, but it's mostly violent, frustrating and time consuming. Stick to what you know.
Whoo! Good work, solidarity in the ranks that's what we like to hear.
Well don't worry about it, there's still a few more days to go. I actually discovered last night that I've written enough for the extracts, so now I just have to do the boring bits like cast lists and stuff.
*sigh* But right now I have to get ready to go to work. Which is a great shame as I was off sick at the end of last week (only I could catch a cold in the middle of a heatwave) so my reluctance to head into work on a Monday is greater than usual.
Still, at least I can look forward to coming home and playing Doom. Oh, er, I mean, working on the play. Dammit.
And then there was the SIMS... oh, the power! I think Tony and Maggie Primeminister from the posh house need an indoor forework set to play with...
Burn baby burn!

The bowstring is taught and the the arrow is lodged firmly by the nock and the bowman eyes the target - Will he let go in time or will he miss the mark.
A brief extract from my latest unfinished book "A day not to be sleeping"
Good luck everyone
I though I saw a light at the end of the tunnel .. but it was only Jay with a torch, looking for the way out!
I realise now I should have sent in the three entries we were allowed instead of just one! But it took a lot of steely self-determination to get around to writing just one of them!
