Can non-UK residents enter?

The T&C seem to say it's only open to UK residents. 9(iii) refers.

I am not a UK/EU passport holder, but I reside legaly in the UK.
Does that count? Can I still join?

there is something about that in the T&C. why not have a read through of them and find out?

It's not definitive but me reading of 9(iii) is that you have to be resident AND a UK citizen. But won't it be great if I'm wrong! Is there anyone "official" reading the forum who can answer queries?

Presumably, it might be difficult for non-residents to be available for teh filming and working to develop the script. But that could also be true of people with one or more jobs!

I don't see why it should militate against resident non-Uk citizens but it's probably a legal thing? Any lawyers out there?
