(i'm sorry if i offend iola for sounding mildy like i have a brain, i'd love to tell her more about my education, but i'm afraid it may be wasted on her)

So i'm studying this as part of my A-level performing arts course, and would very much liek toknow your thoughts please?

I think Brechts depictation of Communism in the short prologue is genius! You would think that surely any capitalist society would argue that whoever originally owned the land should get it?! Brecht instead argues that whoever can best use the land should get it. I love how it allows Brecht to present his ideas before the play even starts. Very clever of him, because the audience receives the moral of the play without even having to watch it!

Has anyone else worked on it? Did you find it interesting? It's a bit of a bore to study in too much depth, and not really my genre, but i can see why if anyone does enjoy it!

Becca - Brecht (sound the same in a weird kind of way) - yeah well I agree with most of what you say but the word "SEEDY" comes to mind - maybe even "ROTTING" as you watch it - get me drift bby - discuss (think off an over ripe fruit)
