Thanks, Zeds. Is it normally early in the morning when most of the French football is covered? I've seen a couple of French cup matches on Eurosport this year (PSG vs Auxuerre + Marseille vs Lyon), but am I right in thinking that I've got a better chance to see more games if I get up early in the morning to watch Eurosport?

Nah Eurosport are actually quite decent about their timings. You should be able to catch games prime time. Also I suggest their Eurogoals programme where you can see pretty much every goal from the weekend.

I've heard of Setanta Sports, but that seems to cover everything else as well, and that's not what I'm looking for (plus it sounds expensive). So can anyone recommend a thing or two about the best ways to get Ligue 1 Coverage? My knowledge of French football and the names of players is limited at the moment, so I want to know more about it by watching some teams. If anyone can help, thanks.
