I was over my parents on Sunday and happened to spend 5 minutes reading the Daily Mail for my sins. In it I noticed an interview with Boris Becker. Curious as to what was happening with the Teutonic terror I read on. The interview was run of the mill stuff until the questions started on about his choice of lady. On this question dear Boris came over all coy and refuted the suggestion that he only goes out with either black or mixed race women - stating that he dates blond haired women as well and that he is colour 'blind'. Fair enough, I thought, although the evidence of his own children and other kiss and tell stories makes one a bit dubious as to the truth of his words. My point though is this; why is he in denial for preferring black/mixed race women? It is entirely up to him if they are the women he likes. I really don't see why he has to pretend to people? I think it tells us something nasty about society that he has to play to the gallery when talking about this issue. Is he so worried about being labelled either as a race 'traitor' or an 'exotica' chaser? Hmm.
Totally agree with you here Bobby, I know what you mean.
I often see these types all the time in my travels. People scare to admit who they like to date for fear of offending bigots.
On a personal level, I too get asked the usual question, '' Do you date White girls?'' I always reply yes, as they are human, ain't they?
I personally, is not held back by the constraints of race or religion, so I date Black, White, mixed-race or any type of birds that I fancy as variety does rock my boat and couldn't give a t what anyone think.
I remember once out on the town when I came across a person one knows around the way but not someone l will call a mate. He was the doorman at this club and after greetings each other, the brother said too me, what are you doing in this place (a club full of white people) and hanging with these people(my mates who were happen to be white) for?
I reply, well am out enjoying meself and these people are very good friends of mine and signed off by saying, I knew you were ignorant but I never thought you were a bigot as well. He just looked at me and smiled. I just walked off to enjoy meself and chat with some fit birds while he was struck at the door with his racial hang ups
Dear Captain, you must be over the age of 40 - as no one under it refers to women as 'birds' - fit or otherwise!! Don't worry, in case you think I have had a PC attack, for I don't see 'bird' as a derogatory word. I am just curious - why did the doorman still let you in? By the way, I think colour 'open' is a better way of describing someone like yourself, than the obsolete colour 'blind' - a word I have used myself. Personally I wish I could be 'open' but I love my 'sisters' too much for that to happen!! Race traitor and proud!
Ahoy Captain! You make a good point - re racism against black people, presumably by Asians. This is an area that the mainstream media tend to shy away from. They don't understand it - for in their eyes black and Asian people should unite against the Nazi types. Unfortunately life is not like that. As a consequence, events, such as the Lozells disturbance in Brum in 2005, are side-tracked and largely ignored. This will not help anyone in the long-term. I used to hear lots of racism/ignorant comments when I was working between Asian/black people. The Union representative used to ignore it. If a white person had said some of the things I heard they would be sacked. As a nation we have double standards when it comes to race/racism. But don't worry - my book will put it all to right!!

I feel strongly about this, as I have seen the utter most vile racism being committed by these people about Blacks in the midlands and up north and Tony Blair and his cronies says nothing about it, while Jah kids are suffering in silent. But if it were whites doing it, lord knows it would have been stopped a long time ago.
I have a friend in a City council in the midlands and the things she tells me that goes on there, is beyond unreal.
But because of the agenda of Blair and his cronies, Black people and other communities that play by the rules of British fairplay, are being made to sufffer, all because of the political deals Blair made with questionable individuals who have no sense of the word equal opportunities and fair play.
Yet, despite the fact that you, I and others knows about this sick behaviour of certain types, many in society refused to talk about it for fear of offending these ingraine bigots. Well, I don't care who I offend, as long as they are guilty I will criticise them.
Every time, I go outside London, I dread it because I know I can't get a taxis to my hotel or where one is staying.
Nah, enough is enough, there will be an investigative documentary on these sorts soon, trust me.
Blair is leaving next week and I doubt Gordon Brown will continue in this vein. The truth will be out soon.

To be honest, I don't think Boris Becker is worried about being labelled a race traitor etc.
He has had to put up with horrendous abuse back in his native Germany, because of his choice of partner.
He had to quit Germany to go & live in the States with his first wife Barbara Feltus because of the abuse, so he is well used to being called names.
I personally just think he was being diplomatic, as he has probably been asked that question for most of his adult life.

Hey, Tibbs, me and Bobby are just folks who prefer to tell things like they are and refused to conform or bend to White supremacists ideas or any forms of bigotry ideals being spouted by any racial group.
The only reason narrow-minded people feel confident in continueing their hatred against others they deemed sub-humans, is mainly because folks ain't bold enough to confront and expose these sorts at every turn, instead of seeing their so-called point of view which they often disguise as rational thoughts.
Many might not like Bobby on here, at least as a White English man, he is one of the few on here ready to admit to what goes on in society and I sincerely don't think it had anything to do with him being married to a sister. Decent people are just decent folks, regardless of who they lie in bed with.

I know Bobby, but I refused to let him take swipes at me and get away with it. He had a habit of falsely accusing posters like me of insulting him, so the moderators often close my account. After the recent suspension of my account, after his latest whine, I told the moderators,okay l will not debate with him in a bid to avoid conflict.
However, if he dare provoke my wrath any further, I will run the risk of my account being closed by bringing it too him and tell him what he often hate to hear.
So if he knows what's best for him, he better mind his 'p's & 'Q's around me on here, or else if its beef he want, I will glad bring it too him.

You are correct when you say my attitude to people did not come about purely to my marrying a 'sister'. However, like all good Nigerians, she did try to educate me as to the many wrongs around the world. Seeing as how we have two mixed race kids I owe it to them to expose the nonsense that is sometimes written. I could not look them in the eye if I remained silent.

Well said Bobby. I agree with your mrs educating you on things that are not right in the world and you doing the right thing to confront them, especially for your kids.
I took don't just oppose these bugfears of mine on here, solely for my own benefit, I do it mostly for my niece & nephews who as Black kids have to face the evil wrath of others, simply because of their skin tone. I don't want they to face these harsh realities their dad and me face now. I want things to truely change by the time they get to their teenage years.
