This evening, on turning to More4 + 1 to watch the new episode of 'Without A Trace', I was more than a little distressed to find that the channel was no longer available on Freeview. Am I the only person who was irritated by this, and am I the only person who didn't know the channel would no longer be available - I was watching it last night, and I didn't see any warning at all. Tell me it's not just me.

I did exactly the same thing and found out it suddenly no longer exists. I'm irritated too, especially because my freeview signal is so poor that it only picks up More4+1 and not the ordinary More4 (don't ask, I don't understand either!). Now i have nothing :-(

I have been enjoying More4 on freeview since becoming unfit to work due to ill health. Unfortunately I cant afford to upgrade my arial which cost on average £200, but a booster helped me get a good signal only for More4+1. Then to my horror you have ceased More4+1. Now I cant watch it. I like the idea of Film 4, but why use More+1, with 100's of channel available why use channel 31? Now you have taken More4 away from my viewing & i'm not hapy about this!
I did the same thing. There was no annoncement as far as I'm aware and the TV listings had +1 listed as normal. If FilmFour is starting in July, why do they need to take +1 off now?
Agreed, why take it of already, the +1 is just an extra ability to time slip, and a very helpful one in this busy world.
I dont suppose we are getting film four free in replacement are we?? For how long, a week taster until we are suckered in, or is this free for here on in?
Id happily take it as a swap, but I get impression more and more channels going too top up subscriptions.
i get the same. think it's a multiplex 2 problem as i cannot pick up any of the ITV channels either. they'd better sort it before the digital switchover.
