It was a brilliant film, but there was one thing that worried me:

How did they manage to get the dog to scratch the door, and to shiver when, what's the blokes name (?) killed the woman (I cannot recal her name, either), you know, after Hagin asked the Artful Dodger to 'dodge' on the woman, when she talks to the police about Oliver's whereabouts?

I know dogs can be trained, but the dog seemed to look distressed (in the storyline, because of the man killing the woman), and I'm thinking how can they get a dog to look distressed.

Maybe the dog and Bill spent some time together before filming Oliver and got close so when Bill died the dog looked distressed,

Nancy is the woman who was killed i can't spell Bill's second name.
