I have Satellite TV, enabling me to receive many UK and international channels. It is not Sky, but is instead a totally free system, supported by the BBC and ITV (at least partially).
Why don't you follow the BBC's lead and broadcast More4 (and Channel4 and E4) unencrypted so that I can watch it without having to buy a Skybox?

I don't want any more dishes hanging from my house.
