Balanced?? OK. Maybe from your perspective again, we had animal rights to some degree before the name existed, we had people that believed that they were seperate entities and deserved the right to live without humans eating them for thousands of years, and rather than getting it from the NotW (LOL), it predates our langauage, certainly our newspapers, and actually theres more reason to believe animal rights/welfare/care came before the Bible, the Torah and even the Sumerians. Way too many examples of this to even hint at balance in your documentary, and certainly at its roots.

I glad you enjoyed it though. Big Grin

As for the top documentaries, I would say they seem to have got the top 50 pretty good.

The 7 to 49 series was amazing, very very sad but also inspiring, great television, and one of the few to ever tackle lifes over time, and didnt it do it so well, how things change.

Touching the Void also amazing, an even better book IMO, but still captured very well in this docu film, well worth watching to see how strong the human can be. Shocking still

Again, Bowling, hard to watch, terrible in parts but still great doc.

So many it just goes on, The World at War series again was amazing, and still watch them when I can find them.

Im suprised McLibel isnt in there too, IMO was a better doc, and more important information than many on the list, including supersizeme, which while very good and very funny in parts, dont think its quite the all over coverage/attack that McLibel was.

But yes, very good to see our tele still producing such execellent shows, even though they do try to balance it with BB. Keep up the good work, and show more repeats if you need.
