Did you hear it would be on television? It just seems so unlikely given that the English version was only in cinemas in February and, as the good doctor said, has just come out on DVD.
All I know about it, other than what I can see on the poster I pass twice a day (lame tagline ), is that it was nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards.

Downfall is the German film of the final few days of Hitler in the bunkers and is supposed to be pretty accurate and pretty interesting.

to tancred and Dr Gonzo yes i knew it was on as it was advertised on the loop advertisment which was running just before the channel went live (if you tuned into the channel)
Its supposed to be very cool, i have a few friends in Germany and abroad who recommended it as being an excellent film if you are into history of ww2 ect.
