I heard that Eric Bana who played Bruce Banner is supposedly being replaced by Edward Norton. I enjoyed the first Hulk with Eric Bana. How do you think Edward Norton will do as Bruce Banner?

This is a tricky one.

Edward Norton would be great because we can show that control of anger very well, cool & collected but then a raging maniac but I still don't think I could believe him as the Hulk unless there is excessive CGI to make him large.

When I think of Eric Bana I think of Chopper Reid. For me this character is exactly who the Hulk is. A friendly and compasionate individual when prompted into rage can annialate anything and can not be hurt.

Eric Bana is the Hulk. Edward Norton is a better actor.

Ed Norton is a very composed actor as you have seen in american history x and very flexible in roles although i think he will suceed in this role perhaps it might not be a typical role for him

Edward Norton's one of my favourite actors. I have yet to see him in a dud movie, probably because he usually shys aways from your typical Hollywood blockbuster and picks and chooses more challenging roles.

I am in two minds about this. He will give it his all, but the big question for me is why? Why get involved in the sequel to a movie that didn't exactly set the world on fire?

Fingers crossed it doesn't turn out to be a prize turkey.

I really hope he does do well, i agree Hulk did not set the world on fire. But I'll keep my fingers cross.........

I don't know about the reason, but Eric Bana did say he was pleased to be replaced.

I liked the first Hulk but it turned out to be just a story about the Hulk rather than a full on action packed good vs bad movie.

I hope the new one has some bad guys and it's more of a modern comic book feel like Batman Begins and Spiderman.
