Like the title sez, what is the most visually appealing film, that tantalises the retina like the most tasty eye-candy that doesn't matter how much you try to like it,know at the back of your mind that it is...er.....rubbish. All the technical wizardry, experiemental cinematic devices etc doesn't save the film.

I choose;

Ghost in the Shell 2 - Innocence. A visual masterpiece, but its crap, dull and utterly boring. What a waste.

What about youse.

Come and have a go if you think you are hard enough.

I agree with you about Ghost in a Shell 2. It looks fantastic but YAWN. SOOOO overrated and the music is so annoying. Bit like the first one.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit is one that hits you in the eye. When he runs around the walls at the start still gets me dizzy

Corporate Spies called John should be neutered.

I quite enjoyed Crouching Tiger. The most visually stunning, but crap film for me has to be Hero.

loved crouching tiger, hated Hero. A man called Hero was another pile, it looked great but stank, escpecially the fight on the statue of Liberty. Also Storm Riders, WTF???

I agree that Crouching Tiger is the best example of style over substance.
