I am really looking foward to this. Its a chance to see Miss Knightly in a proper role for once. Tony Scott is a class director. Who else has moved so effortlessly from homoerotic films about airplanes to dialogue-fuelled cameo filled classics about Elvis fans to a semi-sequel to the film The Conversation, but with Will Smith as the main character. Not as good as his brother though.

know what you mean. i always want to like her in films, but she always ends up annoying me for some reason(especially love actually), although i thought she was good in the Hole and Pirates..

*You stabbed Jonathon. What were you trying to do, scratch his back from the front??!!*
I could watch Keira Knightly cleaning a toilet and justify its greatness to myself, I watched the whole of that Doctor Zhivago remake on ITV (though there was a nude scene, PAY OFF). Though I must be the only person in the world that thought Pirates... was a bit pish. The fact that this is a Tony Scott movie, with Mickey Rourke in it, written by Richard Kelly gives it a real boost and theres no doubt that Knightly can act, though whether she's right for the part remains to be seen, who knows.
