When I saw the title 'most tear jerking film' the first thing i thought was The Greeen Mile. Definatley have to agree with you there. Hardly ever cry at movies but this one made me weep all the way through!
well i did cry for ages after titanic but im over that now i think the ultimate tear jerker for me is either Angie with geena davies or Steel magnolias with julia roberts they break my heart whenever i watch them
I sob most of the way through Titanic... I start when the women and children are being lowered in the lifeboats and a father is telling his family not to be scared as there's a seperate boat for the daddies.. The comments that are heard are actual quotes from eye witness accounts and that really gets to me! Beaches makes me cry like a crazy person and The Champ is heart wrenching! I also saw a film about 20 yrs ago called "Who Will Love my Children" and cried even after the credits rolled.. It is about a woman with terminal cancer who has to find adoptive parents for all her children before she dies.. It is so depressing. I also cried during a Bisto advert once... the one where the mother is alone in the kitchen and imagines all her family round the table. The kids have all left home for uni/college and she's obviously missing them... On this occassion, I did Have severe PMT!!

LMAO I was off school for a week after seeing Titanic! Also agree Who Will Love my Children is a killer! An old film called Imitation of Life is the only tearjerker I've found to rival Who Will Love my Children. It's heartbreaking. Bambi get me every time.
The Champ is very truamaatic! As is Leon - It's just cruel to drag the ending like that! I mean what was the point if she ends up alone anyway - WHAT WAS THE POINT?!
"My father had a profound influence on me. He was a lunatic" *Meet the new boss...Same as the old boss*
I am Sam, story of a severely autistic man fighting to remain in custody of his child, starring Sean Penn. An absolute heartbreaker.
************************************************************************ I'm fed up with being the best friend, I need to get meself some gumption and be the leading lady!
i cried so much watching the Green Mile, but Titanic and Pearl Harbour got me going as well because they are basicaly true stories and they both appened to real people.
