I saw that film too, I cried all the way through, sounds like all the same films make you cry as me.
Ok for some reason the last post made no sense. Mine is either the Notebook where they die in eachothers arms. or Titanic, but i don't vry i just feel sad after! Oh i cry at stepmum also, thats sad cos she finally accepts her when the mum nearly dead. oh sadness x
The Shawshank Redemption gets me every time... "get busy livin' or get busy, that's godamn right." And the scene when Andy gets his co workers some suds to drink on the roof.

Well if people want to see two absolute masterpeice tearjerkers (and two very exceptional films) Then you should dabble abit in subtitled films. People seem put off by foriegn films but since seeing these two, im hooked.
1 Life is beautiful. an italian film, in most HMV`s. This is a really really great story and film. the first half hour is a bit ropey, but it didnt win 2 oscars for nothing.
2. Nobody Knows a japanese film. Just about the most tearful film Ive ever watched, but its not a tear jerker in the traditional way. its the story of 4 japanese children living alone after their mother abandons them. The emotional build is possibly the most powerful ive seen . its a long slow, quietly simmering masterpeice that very very slowly tears your heart out. at first you think "jeez this boring, nothing is happening" but at the end youll be thinking "Oh my god, I want to top myself!" (um, i mean that in a good way not becayse he film is so bad!)
another unexpected tear jerker is `Grave of fireflies` Ive never cried at a cartoon before, this ones a proper cartoon. all animation should be of this quality!
