The Colour Purple, when Danny Glover watches Whoopi and her family at the end. It doesn't make me cry as such, just makes my eyes more susceptible to getting bits of dust in it, you know. *cough*
I remember watching In My Life (?) i think it was called, where Michael Keaton played a man who was gonna die before his child was born and he was making videos to teach him the things he'd never be able to do. That was sad.
in "21 grams" when naomi watts finds out her family have been killed and when sean penn finds out his heart transplant has failed. the "hold me" part in edward scissorhands most of "Eternal sunshine..." most of Magnolia alot of "chasing amy"
"I'm the Dude! That's what you call me, you know... That or His Dudeness, Duder, El Dudarino..." - The Big Lebowski
"My life is a dark room. One big dark room." - BeetleJuice

This is a very, slow reaction as it never affected me as a kid but when E.T says his goodbye - I don't know if it's to do with the film itself or the longing of childhood and wanting to go back to it!
Jane Eyre makes me cry; Helen Burn's extreme kindness and solid gold friendship with Jane and then she gets sick...
The courtyard scene - My God the amount of times I replay it is nuts!
"My father had a profound influence on me. He was a lunatic" *Meet the new boss...Same as the old boss*
in cinderella man when hes asking for hand outs in the club that was the last time i cried in the cinema and basically the last hour of lord of the rings 3. :'(
Most of "The Snow Goose" with Richard Harris and Jenny Agutter. Classic - end of "Now Voyager" "Bambi" of course and that was when I was four years old. "Gladiator" when Maximus finds what the Romans have done to his wife and child. Intermittently throughout "Schindler's List"
iv watched a movie last nite called 'SPEAK' and just imagining the suffering that young girl was going through brought tears to my eyes...if u havent seen this movie u gotta.
Something in your eyes makes me wanna lose myself...
Originally posted by Nidal: The only film that has made me cry is Titanic. When Rose is being lowered in a boat and she's looking up at Jack. I don't know what's so sad about it but it still makes me cry. Oh and also....this might seem a bit stupid but Freaky Friday(the 2003 version). When Anna(who is in her mum's body) gives the wedding speech and starts to cry when talking about her Dad
Titanic i cry practically all the way through that film!!!
Freaky Friday that dont seem stupid, it gets me too!!
For me it was the scene in Crash(05)when the lil girl jumps up at her dad and the other bloke shoots at him...(tear*)
That was the first that jumped to my mind. After watching Dangerous Liasons last night, I cried at Madame de Tourvel and Valmont's deaths.
Im quite an emotional person so I cry with sadness and laughter. last time I hysterically laughed at something was probably 40 year old version, tears flowed with laughter.

The lead up to Valmont's death is pretty emotional - the part where he's duelling with Daceny (sp?) and just leans his face against the stone wall, all the time having flash backs of Madame Tourvel. I could never get whether he meant to die cause there's a shot of what looks like him thinking about dropping his sword on purpose and so be killed by Daceny.
Loads of stuff! The ending of It's a Wonderful Life. Anything to do with "scrooge". Lassie Come Home. But also, the made for TV movie The Scarlet Pimpernell with Anthony Andrews and Jane Seymour. The bit where his wife realises who he is and that she has just sent him to his probable death: "My God Percy, what have I done?" SOB.
i had never cried at anything (film, tv, theatre or anythin!) till i watched pearl harbour! at the end when josh hartnett dies and says that ben affleck is gonna be a dad - thats was soooo sad!!!
ღღNinaღღ Jesus is a honkey! Very Chansaux de Classé!
You never know where to look when eating a banana!
yeah i agree wit u tabloid_junkie that scene in pearl harbour was pretty upsettin.
Armeggedon: When Bruce willis gives his goodbye speech to his daughter over the monitor man i dont think any film has reduced me to that many tears before.
