I remember watching In My Life (?) i think it was called, where Michael Keaton played a man who was gonna die before his child was born and he was making videos to teach him the things he'd never be able to do. That was sad.

I remember a movie they used to play each year on TV here in the US when I was a kid called "Born Free". I'm not sure if you folks are familiar with it, but the ending was very sad especially for a kid.

Farmer, I haven't seen that movie in ages. But, yes, it gets me, too. Born Free

I'm a real sap when it comes to crying at movies. I get choked up over just about anything. "Steel Magnolias" was great... as Dolly says, "Laughter through tears is my favorite emotion." Steel MagnoliasAlong that line, there is a great movie with Robert Downey, Jr. called "Heart and Souls"... I cry as each ghost finds closure. Heart and Souls Especially, the Alfre Woodard and Kyra Sedgwick endings. There is also a great movie called "Big Eden" that gets me everytime. When the whole town comes together to try to get Henry and Pike together, I get weepy. This is a great movie for anyone who hasn't seen it. Big Eden

I could go on and on... but I won't...LOL

Do you mean the 1966 film about the Adamsons and 'their' lions? It's a great British classic. Always cry about that ending.

Ring of Bright Water is another one when Mij, the otter gets killed.

Old Yeller when they have to shoot him because he's got rabies.

Yep, you've guessed it, I always cry at animal movies.

Not a death scene but one that leaves me awash with tears is the bit in the first version of 'The Railway Children' when Jenny Agutter sees her father, (who has just been released after being wrongly imprisoned), at the end of the railway platform and runs towards him shouting 'Daddy, my Daddy'. Oh dear, I'm filling up just thinking about it!
