Alarm at 6.30, up at about 6.32...I snooze...boy do I lose.
Though some of those 5 min snoozes are better than the whole nights sleep.
Well, I've had the same bed since I was able to sleep in it. The matress is about 10 years old (I change my sheets every week, needs be or not).
I'm just going bigger, which just means it will take longer for me to heat up, will be colder where I don't sleep and scare me even more if the invisible man is sleeping in my bed.
No dirty feet in my bed. Feet must be aired 30 minutes before anyone gets in, and then patted on the top of the duvet before being inserted under the covers.
Top sheet must be tucked in, with enough sheet to cover head, should something spook me.
Two pillows...one to go under head, one to go on top of face (with space for mouth) so as to make room pitch black.
Bottom sheet must be crease free before getting in.
