LOTR trilogy
Gladiator
Star Trek:Insurrection
Star Trek: Nemesis
Star Trek: First Contact
The Last Samurai
Pirates of the Caribbean:Curse of the Black Pearl

Any film's soundtrack who's composer is Hans Zimmer, Jerry Goldsmith or Howard Shore. James Horner and John Williams are both brilliant as well, but a bit overused in my opinion.

And Forrest Gump has the best multi-decade soundtrack ever. It spans generations and is a must have for EVERYONE Big Grin
