I cannot believe you recently allowed one of your female "announcers" to interrupt the end of The Italian Job, just to let us know what the next few programmes were going to be !!
She interrupted before the film had finished, just as we were about to find out what the main characters thought of their turn-coat 'friend'. Why she didn't wait until the credits started to roll I will never know. Pathetic organisation !!
It's annoying enough even when they talk all over the credits, and when the credits get squashed to the side to show you what's on next so if you've been waiting to find out what an actor is called you can't actually see it. I have a TV guide, that lets me know what is on next.

Just one of the numerous reasons why i stopped watching television. The announcements are particularly annoying. One one occasion (On the SCI-FI channel), the squashed screen and announcements occured while there was still some action on the screen. Liberties or what. Now we are heading in the direction the of yanks who have a whole assortment of graphics dance in front of your screen advertising another show as you watch your favourate program. What next....advertising huh.
Dear All, just to let you know that this was not deliberately done. We have a couple of different versions of this film, the one with slightly shorter graphics was due to be transmitted and so the voice over would have played out after the credits had rolled. Unfortunately, due to human error, we screened the slightly longer version and so the voice over came in too early. We do apologise...
